Returns
You may return your online order for any reason within 14 days of purchase for an exhange, gift vouchers or refund.
However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this returns policy does not apply to unwanted pierced products, jewellery or hosiery.
Return the product to us in perfect condition (unused and in original packaging) together with an explanatory covering note stating whether you would like an exchange, gift vouchers or refund please ensure you also provide a contact telephone number and if available an e mail address.

Goods are returned at your own cost.
We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any package.
Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
